Meet the Band...
The Musicians

Adith Chandrashekhar (Lead Guitarist, Vocalist)

His youthful looks belie the expertise that Adith brings to Om-kara. A guitarist par excellence, Adith is also the"chord-machine" of Om-kara. Years of training and skill have made Adith a very skilled musician. When Mr Augmented Major Diminished sevenths is not playing strings, he does digital image processing software for Kodak Austin Development Center.

Anand Narayanan (Keyboards, Vocalist)

Anand has had carnatic training for three years and is a self trained singer and keyboardist. He has won competitions at his university in India for eastern and western vocal singing and for keyboard instrumental. He endeavors to add his intuitive knowledge of music to the formal knowledge of the band and has an uncanny knack to precision decode every detail of even most complicated musical passages. This guy has an awesome ear for music which shows in his compositions.

Dinesh Rabindran (Vocalist, Public Relations, Percussionist)

Coordinator &
lead PR man, Dinesh Rabindran is a doctoral candidate in Mechanical Engineering at UT. Predisposed to music from a young age, he has sung for bands in his school and college.
